Jacqueline Mahon is an experienced development professional with a skill mix in public health, sexual & reproductive health & rights, economics, policy & planning, political economy, financial management, resource mobilisation, and research & analysis. She leads UNFPA’s work on global health and health systems, including supporting 43 Countries through UNFPA’s Maternal Health Thematic Fund. Previously worked for the World Bank Group as a Senior Economist; Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation as a Senior Health Adviser; Aga Khan Foundation as a Project Manager; University of Witwatersrand as a Researcher on Health Policy and the Overseas Development Institute as an ODI Fellow. Jacqueline has substantial experience in policy development; financing and programme management at the country level spanning sub-Saharan Africa; South, East and Central Asia.
