Angela Chang is a fourth year doctoral candidate in the Health Systems track at the Department of Global Health and Population at the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health. Her interest lies in decision theory and its application to optimize resource allocation at the national and international level. She received her Master in Health Administration from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and her BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences from National Taiwan University/Kyoto University. Angela is originally from Taiwan and Japan, is an avid photographer, and enjoys traveling to exotic locations for cultural and culinary adventures.
