Ingrid Friberg

Ingrid Friberg is a Senior Scientist at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health since October 2014. Prior to this, Friberg was an Assistant Scientist at the John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in the United States where she received a PhD and Masters of Health Science degree, both in International Health.
While at John Hopkins, Friberg’s research focused mainly on child survival. She also worked on a computer-based Lives Saved Tool that looked at the estimated impact of intervention packages and coverage levels for various countries, states or districts. Friberg was awarded a Clinical Trials Training Grant from the Global Field Experience Fund.
