DCP3 Project Director Rachel Nugent led a seminar entitled, "NCDs in the Post-2015 Development Agenda: The Case of Tobacco Taxes" as part of the University of Washington's Department of Global Health Faculty Research Seminar Series. Dr. Nugent spoke from recent work on tobacco taxes being conducted for the 3rd Edition of Disease Control Priorities in Developing Countries.
