Aditi Nigam

Aditi Nigam is a Senior Research Analyst at CDDEP, New Delhi. She works closely with the CDDEP economics team in Washington D.C., the Public Health Foundation in Delhi, and the University of Washington's Department of Global Health to coordinate the economics work across several volumes in DCP3. Presently, she is working with Neha Raykar and Moutushi Majumdar under Dr. Ramanan Laxminarayan to develop the agent-based model for Volume 8 (Mental, Neurological and Substance Use Disorders).

Prior to joining DCP3, Aditi organized the 1st Global Forum on Bacterial Infections and contributed to CDDEP's work in antibiotic resistance and cost-effective analysis. At CDDEP, Aditi analyses the cost effectiveness of various health interventions in India and analyses prescribing patterns that may contribute to antibiotic resistance.  Aditi has a B.A. Economics from Barnard College and a Master of International Affairs from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
